We believe Astro Analytics will significantly enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions, improve program outcomes, and optimize your marketing and sales strategies.

Astro Analytics is an advanced loyalty business intelligence (BI) platform built on Tableau. Astro Analytics offers sophisticated analysis and reporting tools to help you manage key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to your business. With Astro Analytics, you can track and analyze:

- Loyalty program ROI and success by program and retailer

- New pet owner acquisition metrics

- Customer churn rates

- Loyalty cost forecasting

- And other custom KPIs upon request

Exclusive Offer for Fully Participating Vendors:

Astro Analytics is available at no charge to fully participating vendors. To qualify as a fully participating vendor, you must:

- Participate in frequent buyer programs

- Routinely engage in monthly offers

- Take part in Astro adoption programs

- Actively drive sales and marketing efforts with retailers to join the Astro program

Included with Astro Analytics:

- One viewer license

- Standard KPI dashboards as determined by Astro

- Two hours of training and support per year

- Comprehensive documentation and online self-serve training

Additional Options:

- Additional license: $500.00/year

- Custom report development: Quoted on a case-by-case basis, billed at $100/hour

- Additional training: Quoted on a case-by-case basis, billed at $100/hour

How to Access Analytics:

1. Reach out to support@astroloyalty.com to request access to Astro Analytics.

2. Once you have access, go to Reports in your Astro Manufacturer account. 

3. Select Astro Analytics on the top drop-down menu. (You will need access to Tableau in order to see this option)
