Overview

The Offer Dashboard focuses exclusively on offer-based programs (free good and rebate offers). It is designed to answer questions such as:

  • Where offers are running geographically

  • Which retailers and programs are driving the most value

  • How enrollment, purchase activity, and redemptions are trending

The dashboard contains three tabs:

  1. Astro Offer Summary

  2. Locations

  3. Programs

Common Filters (All Tabs)

The following filters appear across the Offer Dashboard and affect all visuals and tables:

  • Territory – Sales or operational territory

  • Manufacturer Name – Brand/manufacturer running the offer

  • Offer Type – Free good or Rebate

  • Program – Specific offer program

  • Retailer – Retail partner enrolled in the offer

  • State – Retailer state location

  • Dates – Timeframe applied to offer activity

  • Metric Selector – Allows switching the primary metric displayed (e.g., MSRP)

Key Metrics & Definitions

These definitions are consistent across all Offer Dashboard tabs:

  • MSRP – Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price tied to offer redemptions or purchases

  • Purchase Qty – Number of qualifying product purchases tied to the offer

  • Redemptions – Number of completed offer redemptions

  • Enrollments – Number of retailers enrolled in an offer program

Tab 1: Astro Offer Summary


Purpose

Provides a high-level overview of offer performance across retailers, programs, and geography.

Key Sections

Geographic Distribution (Map)

  • Displays enrolled retailers across the U.S.

  • Bubble size reflects the selected metric (e.g., MSRP)

  • Useful for identifying geographic concentration and coverage

Retailers Enrolled Trend

  • Line chart showing retailer enrollment over time

  • Split by Offer Type (Free good vs Rebate)

  • Helps track adoption and growth trends

Top Programs

  • Ranked list of programs by enrollments and selected metric

  • Quickly identifies the highest-performing offer programs

Top Retailers

  • Shows top retailers by selected metric

  • Includes retailer state context for regional performance insights


Tab 2: Locations


Purpose

Breaks offer performance down to the retailer-location level.

Key Sections

Location Map

  • Visualizes individual retailer locations nationwide

  • Bubble size reflects selected metric (MSRP, Purchase Qty, or Redemptions)

Location-Level Detail Table

  • Columns include:

    • Retailer

    • State

    • Program Type (Freegood / Rebate)

    • Program

    • MSRP

    • Purchase Qty

    • Redemptions

This view is best used to:

  • Compare performance across retailer locations

  • Identify underperforming or high-performing stores

  • Support retailer-specific conversations


Tab 3: Programs


Purpose

Analyzes performance by offer program, with drill-downs into retailers and locations.

KPI Tiles (Top)

High-level totals across the selected filters:

  • Total MSRP

  • Total Purchase Quantity

  • Total Redemptions

  • Total Enrollments

Program Performance Table

  • Displays metrics by:

    • Retailer

    • State

    • Program Type

    • Program

  • Supports hierarchical expansion for deeper analysis

All Programs Summary

  • Bar chart ranking programs by:

    • Enrollments

    • Selected Metric (e.g., MSRP)

  • Clicking a program filters all visuals above


How to Use This Dashboard

  • Evaluate overall offer performance by brand or program

  • Identify top retailers driving offer value

  • Compare Free good vs Rebate effectiveness

  • Support retailer or manufacturer performance reviews

  • Use the Metric selector to align analysis with business goals

  • Combine Date and Offer Type filters to isolate offer performance

  • Drill into Locations for operational insights and troubleshooting
