Coupons
Each tab highlights a different layer of adoption program performance.
Customers who entered the ecosystem only through a pet adoption and have not made additional qualifying purchases beyond adoption-related activity.
Customers making their first-ever tracked purchase within Astro at your brand.
Customers who were already active in Astro at your brand prior to the adoption event.
The total cost associated with incentives or rewards funded by the manufacturer.
The total MSRP sales attributed to customers participating in adoption programs.
The total manufacturer-funded cost of redeemed items tied to adoption activity.
The net comparison between total costs incurred and sales generated.

This tab provides a detailed, retailer-first view of pet adoption performance. It is designed to help manufacturers understand which retailers are driving adoption activity and how customer behavior differs within each retailer.

The top table ranks retailers based on the selected Sort Top Retailers by metric (default: # of Adoptions).
Key columns include:
# of Adoptions – Total adoptions attributed to the retailer
# of Adoption-Only Customers – Customers whose only activity is adoption-related
# of New Customers – First-time Astro customers at your brand acquired through adoption
New Customer Cost – Manufacturer-funded cost tied to new customers
New Customer Sales – MSRP sales attributed to new customers
# of Existing Customers – Customers active prior to adoption
Existing Customer Cost – Cost associated with existing customers
Existing Customer Sales – Sales generated by existing customers
Total Redeemed Item Cost – Total cost of redeemed items
Costs vs Sales – Net comparison of cost vs sales (negative values indicate sales exceeded costs)
