View Invoices and Status:

Setting up a Bill.com account is Free

1. For Manufacturers who receive invoices from Astro Loyalty via Bill.com: you must set up a Bill.com portal account to view invoices.

2. Account history will begin the date of connection and forward allowing you to pay invoices and see payment status. 
   
3. If you have a Bill.com account already set up: please be sure you are connected to Astro Loyalty.
   
1. You can do this by choosing the Network icon in the top right corner when you are logged into your account.
   
2. Click on the “Access additional network features here” in blue.
   
3. Then click on Connections to see the list of who you’re connected to.

4. If you do not see Astro as a connection, or have not set up a Bill.com account: please use the To Pay Online link on invoices.
   
1. You can either login, or choose the option of “Don’t Have an Account” to create one. Bill.com will prompt you through the creation process.
   
2. Please use the upcoming August 2025 invoice link to create your account prior to your September 2025 invoice being issued.
   
5. For invoices that are past due, please use the 30-Day Past Due Reminder that will be issued in early August 2025 to pay all outstanding invoices. You will receive a reminder for each invoice past due more than 30 days with a link for that invoice.
