Managing Billing, Bank Accounts, and Card Payments

Astro uses Bill.com as our billing platform to manage all manufacturer fees, including platform charges, redemption fees, and administrative costs. All payment methods must be electronic—paper checks are not accepted.

This article outlines how to manage your payment preferences, view invoices, and stay compliant with Astro’s billing requirements.



🧾 Portal Overview: What Manufacturers See

In your Astro Manufacturer Portal, under the Billing & Payments section, you’ll find:

  • A monthly invoice summary powered by Bill.com

  • Tools to manage your preferred payment method

  • Payment status for each invoice (Pending, Paid, Failed)

  • Downloadable invoice details and backup documentation for every charge

❌ Paper Checks Not Accepted

Astro does not accept paper checks. All fees must be paid electronically via ACH or credit/debit card. This ensures secure, timely, and trackable transactions for both parties.


💳 Pay by Card (Credit or Debit)

To pay your monthly invoice using a card:

  1. Go to Billing & Payments > Manage Accounts

  2. Click “Add Card” to securely enter your card information

  3. Astro will automatically charge the card on your invoice due date

🏦 Pay by ACH (Bank Account)

To pay by ACH transfer:

  1. Go to Billing & Payments > Manage Accounts

  2. Click “Add Bank Account” and complete the secure verification

  3. Astro will automatically debit your account on the invoice due date

🔁 Update or Remove a Payment Method

To make changes:

  • Visit Billing & Payments > Manage Accounts

  • Select the payment method you wish to remove

  • Confirm removal and add a new method if needed

Warning A valid payment method must be on file to avoid service disruption.

Q: What fees appear on my monthly invoice?
A: Fees may include redemption costs, platform charges, success fees for Astro Offers, and administrative/disbursement costs.

Q: Can I split payments between ACH and card?
A: No. Only one payment method can be active at a time.

Q: How do I access invoice detail and backup?
A: All backup and itemized charges are viewable in the Astro Portal under Billing & Payments.

Q: Is there a fee for card payments?
A: Yes. Credit card payments may include a processing fee. ACH is the most cost-effective option.
