My Programs | Manufacturer Programs/Offers Menu

1. Select "Show Me" under My Programs. Or use the menu at the top under "Programs/Offers"


2. You will see all of your active programs. You can use the filter to narrow down your view to specific types of programs (Frequent Buyers, Offers, Adoption, Coupons, and Vouchers). If you click on the title of the program, it will take you to the program details. 


3. The detail page will show you the program's description at the top along with the image. This is what the retailer's also see on their end. 


Underneath you will see a breakdown of the program information. We will go over each part. This example is of a frequent buyer program:


General:

This section contains the program description, the duration of its availability, and fulfillment. 
  1. Program Description:  This is bulk of the information that gives the details about the program. This is the information that the retailer's see when enrolling in the programs. 
  2. Available: Most frequent buyers don't have an end date, but when building these programs we have to select a date usually far out in advance unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. The initial date is usually when we start building the program and typically close to when the program launches. 
  3. Fulfillment: This will mention that the program is Distributor Fulfilled. We can add retailers as a Self-fulfilled exceptions to a program. 


Terms & Conditions:

If there are no terms and conditions specified while we were building the program for your company we will use our standard terms & conditions.


Pet Owner Description:

You can add a description for the customers to be able to see when using the Astro mobile app. 


Digital Assets & Shelf Talkers:

Digital Assets are also linked to your Utilities> My Image Assets. For more information about uploading images, please view this article: My Image Assets | Uploading Images to the Astro Marketing Suite. From there you can select an image to associate to a particular program. 
Shelf Talkers are used for any Astro Offers. For submitting an Offer, please view this article: [INSERT ARTICLE]

Sub Programs & Cards:

Under Sub Programs & Cards you will see all the categorized program cards listed along with their "expiration" dates. Each subprogram card will have it's own Program Title. This title will show in a collection of words what qualifying items that subprogram contains and what the purchase requirement is. In the example below we have a program that categorizes according to Species (Dog/Cat) and Food Type (Kibble/Raw) and Size (S/L) and the program is Buy 12 Get 1 Free. Anytime there is a Size category on a subprogram card we will also include the weight range of items that size grouping includes.

You can also export the product list to see all the items currently in the program. It will break it down by the sub program, upc, and item description. 


Program Availability:

This section will show you the availability of retailers for your program.
  1. If you choose to have your program available to all, then only "All Members" will be listed here.
  2. If your program is by state, then you will see the list of states that the program is available for. 
  3. If you have a private program for select retailers, than you will see a list of retailer store names currently linked to the program like in the example below.
