Add Rep Users | Manufacturer Utilities Menu
If you are an Admin user on the portal, you can add any rep users to the account.
How to Add Rep Users:
1. Go to Utilities.
2. Select Rep Access.
3. Click on New Rep User.
4. Enter in their name, email address, and a password. They will be able to update their password once they can log in if needed. You can select the states the rep services.
What the Reps See:
Their account will be more limited than an Admin user. On the main page, they will see a list of retailers that had Offer redemption within the Last 90 Days and can export a copy of that report. There is also a "Learn About Astro" button that contains a PDF file with Astro information that can be given to the retailers.
Under their Utilities option they will have access to My Image Assets to access any images that were loaded into the portal and My Webpage Flyer where they can copy the flyer URL.
Under Options they can change their password and log out.
