My Webpage Flyer | Showcase Your Brand's Presence on Astro Loyalty | Manufacturer Utilities Menu

What is the My Webpage Flyer?

  1. The My Webpage Flyer contains all your current and upcoming Astro Loyalty programs - Astro Frequent Buyer, Astro Offers, and Sharing The Love.
    1. Your Flyer will include the details of your next month's Astro Offer/s so your retailers will be able to prepare.
  2. This page automatically updates when new programs are published, and Offers expire. 
  3. Current Astro Retailers can enroll in your programs directly from the flyer by clicking the More Info button below a program image and selecting "Astro Retailer? Click here to enroll." (From the following enroll screen, they will be able to review additional details, including your Terms and Conditions.)
  4. In turn, retailers new to Astro can select the button "New to Astro? Click here," which will take them to this page where they can learn more about Astro and connect with our sales team. 
  5. If a retailer clicks on the Astro Loyalty logo at the top left of your My Webpage Flyer, it will take them to www.astroloyalty.com, where they can learn more about our program platforms. 
  6. The Flyer will only include the menus pertaining to the platforms your brand is participating in (i.e., If you do not have any Astro Offers, that menu will not appear to viewers.)
  7. You can customize your Flyer by adding your brand's website URL and links to your Social Media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.)
  8. This is the URL the Astro Marketing Team includes in all Social Media Posts and Email Campaigns related to your brand's participation on Astro. 

Where to Find Your Brand's My Webpage Flyer

Start by logging in to your Astro Program Portal via https://secure.astroloyalty.com/home.php or by going to www.astroloyalty.com and selecting "Login" from the header menu.

Your username is your email address. If you forgot your password, click the link "Forgot Password" below the login fields. Please do not share your Login information with anyone, including members of your own team. 

If you do not have your own Login to your brand's Astro Program Portal, please submit a ticket or contact your Brand Advisor to receive a username and password. 

Once logged in, go to Utlities and select "My Webpage Flyer."



At the top of this page you will see a Preview Link, an HTML Code, and an URL.




This should be your brand's logo. This logo will appear at the top of your My Webpage Flyer, and it will be the image embedded via the HTML Code.

To view your current My Webpage Flyer, click on the logo beside "Preview Link:."

This is an embed code that you can use to add your brand's logo to any website, making it a clickable link to your My Webpage Flyer. If you wish to replace the embedded image with something else, the code can be edited by your website team.

URL

This is the URL for your My Webpage Flyer. 

Webpage Flyer Fields

Below your Webpage Flyer Links is where you can update your brand's logo and add your brand's website and social media URLs.




This is the logo that will be at the top of your My Webpage Flyer and used as the visual on the embed code.

Click the "Choose File" button and select an image from your files to upload to Astro. Then click "Save New Logo."


Image Recommendations
  1. PNG with a transparent background
  2. At least 200w x 80h pixels or larger with a similar aspect ratio. 
If you update your logo, it is very important that you preview your My Webpage Flyer to make sure your logo doesn't appear too large or small. 

Adding your URLs

The website URL you enter will be added to your logo that appears at the top of your My Webpage Flyer and will be where the viewer is taken if they click on your logo from the Flyer. 

If you do not have a particular social media page, just leave its field blank, and it will be omitted from the Flyer.

Each URL, including the ones for your social media pages, must include the [ https://www. ] Using just [ @pagename ] will not work. 

When you are finished entering your URLs, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page. 

Preview Your Changes

This step is very important.

Click the Preview Link at the top of the page, or Copy the URL Link into a browser tab. This will open your live customer-facing, My Webpage Flyer.

Check your Logo - Is it sized appropriately? Does it blend in with the background?
Check all your URL links - Click your Logo to make sure it's connected to your website, and click your social media icons to check those links.

Remember! This is the page that Astro shares when we mention your brand in a social media post or an email campaign to our retailers. Make sure it is up to your standards. 

Review Your Program Images

Since you are already here, now is a great time to review the images you have associated with your programs.

Do they follow our basic parameters? 
  1. Include images of product/s included in the loyalty program.
  2. Include brief text explaining the gist of the program (i.e., Buy 12 Get 1 Free -or- BOGO on Jerky Sticks).
  3. Include the appropriate Astro logo (Astro Offers, Astro Frequent Buyer, or Sharing The Love).
  4. Would it catch a pet owner's attention if they were scrolling on social media? Remember, these are the images that your retailers use to promote your programs to their customers. 
  5. Minimum of 800 x 800 pixels or larger following the same ratio (square images only).
