Astro has updated its Terms and Conditions for access to the Astro Manufacturer Portal to strengthen the protection of consumer data and ensure responsible use of reporting tools.
A Portal Administrator must be designated to manage all portal users and control report access, especially reports containing consumer contact information.
This process helps protect data integrity, limits exposure of sensitive information, and ensures compliance with your Services Agreement and Exhibit B.
Your Portal Administrator is responsible for:
Creating and managing user accounts within your manufacturer portal
Assigning and revoking access to specific reports
Restricting access to reports containing consumer contact information to authorized users only

 Reply to Astro’s notification email with:
Full Name of Portal Administrator
Email Address
Title/Role
Within the Astro Manufacturer Portal, reports are categorized by data sensitivity.
Key Types:
Standard Program Reports – Contain aggregated program performance data.
Consumer Reports – Contain personally identifiable consumer information (e.g., name, email, phone).
Important:
 Consumer Reports require an on-screen acknowledgment before download. Users must:
Review the terms
Click “Acknowledged” to confirm compliance.
Once your Portal Administrator has access, they can:
Add new users
Assign role-based access (e.g., Standard Reports only, or Consumer Reports)
Revoke or adjust permissions at any time
Best Practices:
Limit Consumer Report access to staff with a legitimate business need
Review user permissions quarterly
Remove access for users who no longer require portal access

Once logged in they can change their password by clicking on Options->Change Password

All users follow the permitted uses of data outlined in Exhibit B
No data is shared with unauthorized parties
Any suspected data breach is reported to Astro immediately
