1. Go to Reports. 

2. Select Frequent Buyer Participation. 

3. This report shows daily participation in your programs, or participation over a set date range. So if you look at participation for today you will see all cards that had purchases added and all cards that were redeemed. Many of those numbers in each column are clickable and if clicked they will show you even more information, like specifically what items were purchased/redeemed and by who.
