1. Go to Reports. 

2. Free Goods Fulfillment Report Export. 

3.  You can export according to any combination of Program, Distributor, or Retailer and for whatever date range you choose.

4. This export will show you how your distributor partners have been issuing credits to your retailers. You will not see any monetary specifics, just the free items they issued credit for and the retailers that reported them. The report will also show all the qualifying purchases made by the consumer and the dates on which they occurred.
